This apartment covers much of the ground floor of a historic mansion located on the Ninth Street Hill next to the Haan Museum and its nature trail. It is a 15 minute walk from downtown Lafayette, and a 15 minute bike ride from the Purdue Memorial Union.
Lease Terms
Total monthly rent is currently $1135 ($940 base + $195 utilities). Utility costs are shared by all tenants in the house, adjusted for square-footage, and are reassessed 6 months based on costs from the previous year. e.g. The cost of utilities for this year’s spring-summer period is based on the cost of utilities from last year’s spring-summer period).

After approval, the deposit is $940, and it will need to be collected before you receive your keys to
