No pets are allowed in apartments with brand new carpet. Pre-authorization is required before bringing animals to the property. DOGS: Dogs are welcomed for $35/dog pet fee. All dogs must be under 25 lbs. and over 1 year old. Two dogs are allowed if their combined weight is 30 lbs. or less. Cats/Small aquarium caged animals: Cats are welcomed for $15/cat with a two cat limit. Cats must be spayed or neutered, litterbox-trained, at least 9 months old and preferably de-clawed. Other Pets: Fish are allowed, but if the tank is over 10 gallons Renter's Insurance is required. Gerbils, hampsters, and lizards are no extra fee, but must be caged at all times. Birds, ferrets, and rabbits are allowed but must be caged at all times; these pets are an additional $10 monthly with a $100 pet deposit. Pet Deposit: Our pet deposit is $300 for the first animal and $100 for the second. The pet deposit is refundable after carpet cleaning.

Right now, the leasing company is renovating all of the kitchen and bathroom countertops and fixtures in this complex. So, there are two options for this apartment:

1. Move in in early January without the renovation. Rent would be $685/month.

2. Move in two weeks later to give the company time to make the renovation. Rent would be $730/month.

Note that, in the pictures, I've provided images of both the kitchen as it is and as it would be remodeled (taken in another, identical unit; it's probably obvious, but the images with the stainless steel appliances are the remodel, whereas the white appliances are as it is now). In the bathroom image, the counter and fixture shown is the remodeled one. I don't have an image of the unremodeled bathroom counter and fixture, but basically they look like the kitchen counter and fixture do now. The picture of the door outside is the porch storage, NOT the main apartment entrance. The main entrance is indoors (behind the keypad-locked entryway).
