We are very social with kids and friends coming and going. We don't mind if you have people in and out either but we try to keep it fairly neat and quiet most of the time.

We are looking for a responsible, quiet, tidy Lesbian or Lesbian-friendly woman to rent a room in our home. Must be able to tolerate kiddo and cooking noise and be a morning person who keeps regular waking hours. We are a busy, social, professional Lesbian couple raising our 4 year old daughter. We have a gentle 16 yr old dog. Shoe free home. Located a few quick blocks to main bus routes, close to UW, North Seattle College, shopping and entertainment. Our home still has that woodland feel surrounded by 2nd growth cedars. Parking in driveway for 1 car. Easy street parking. Great neighborhood!
The room gets a lot of natural light, private entrances, and primary use of a bathroom close by. Shared amenities include attached weather-proof solarium, full sized outdoor (summer) swimming pool! laundry, kitchen, sunny quiet living space. Wi-Fi and limited basic cable ($10 per month) Must contribute to regular household chores. Will consider decrease in rent in return for additional household tasks.
