Great Location - on 6 bus route and blocks away from Kirkwood. Very nice apartments with modern appliances and finishings. Balcony included in this apartment, as well as dishwasher, garbage disposal and washer dryer. The rooms are all generally the same size, and the bathrooms are up to date. Very friendly and helpful management. There is also a retail shopping centre located below the complex, which includes an Aveda hair salon, various clothing stores and a restaurant that is open late hours for convenience. Typical tenants are undergraduate students, but there are also a few graduate students as well.
